Right to Refuse Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any situation we deem appropriate.
Card on File Policy
We require a valid card on file for ALL appointments. This is a placeholder for your appointment and WILL NOT be charged UNLESS you violate the cancellation/rescheduling or no-show policies.
Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment is subject to rescheduling.
If your service is 15 minutes or less and you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment is subject to rescheduling.
Cancellation/Rescheduling policy
A fee of 25% for cancellations and reschedules not made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged to the card on file or a fee will be added to your account. This includes rebooking within 24 hours.
No-Show Policy
A fee of 50% of your service for no-shows will be charged to the card on file or fee will be added to your account.
Refund Policy
All gift card, package, service and product sales are final.
Full Body Policy
All full body services will be automatically charged a 20% gratuity. There will be no exceptions for last minute cancellations or rescheduling on full body services.
LGBTQ+ Friendly
We respect all of our client's sexual orientations and/or pronouns. We do not discriminate nor tolerate any harassment or discrimination from employees or clients. We ask clients to book according to current anatomy to ensure you are with a trained specialist. If a client does not disclose this information at booking, the appointment may be subject to rescheduling to a trained specialist.
